Christabelle Magruder started at EAB (formerly Royall & Company) in 2014. Her strengths are relational database modeling, visualization reporting, and process improvement. During her tenure, she advanced to technical roles that span the entirety of the data lifecycle.

Most notably was her role as Director, Data Transformation and Reporting. She oversaw the integration of client data, with attention on data integrity, timeliness, and consistency. This work supported client-facing analytics, marketing performance monitoring, and global industry benchmarking.

Currently, she is a Product Owner for the Agile development team focused on data architecture and analytics. She represents stakeholders’ needs by managing the product backlog consisting of strategic and technical solutions.

Her other experience includes financial analytics at McKesson Medical-Surgical. There, she developed enterprise tools that identified trends and profit margin erosion.

Christabelle obtained a Master of Science of Information Systems at Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management at James Madison University.
